The Herbal Confectionery is a grass-roots seed to sale company founded by a New York native couple. Both working as professional Chefs for over a decade, in all walks of kitchens, and eventually running large scale events together. Bonding over the love of all things culinary and herbal they realized the path was clear. High Sweets! Treats that would actually be beneficial to eat?! After extensive research on the qualities & benefits plant based terpenes hold, the vision became simple. We needed a place to not only give us the highest level of ingredients, but allow the Chefs to handle the process from seed. ​
Stepping into small farming became the paths lead, where we have committed to using the highest quality all-natural ingredients with as much being grown and processed on our farmland. Allowing our Chefs time for vigorously tested original recipes.
Our focus is on the infusion of botanically derived terpene extractions paired with a natural flavor profile that allows the terpenes and cannabis based products to be harmoniously infused into a variety of sweets, treats, chocolates, Chef pantry oils, sweeteners, condiments, sauces and baked goods.
