The Herbal Confectionery works in partnership for peak season harvest of all Fruits, high potency herbs & edible flowers grown on the farm. It is our mission to provide folks with locally grown, no poison ingredients.  Stemming from Windfall Farms growing standards of 'Unconventionally Grown' No use of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers is present anywhere on the 142 acres of preserved farmland.

It is The Herbal Confectionery's mission to connect the industries of agriculture, cannabis and culinary in a environmentally conscience and community oriented manor. With our decision to integrate Cannabis within other crop rotation we are leading the industry in how to sustainably grow, produce and sell cannabis.​
